Al-Shmaitiyeh Settlements Are Over in Deir ez-Zor…High Turnout at Al-Sabkhah Center in Raqqa

The concerned authorities have completed the settlement process in the town of Al-Shmaitiyeh in the western countryside of Deir ez-Zor. The authorities are scheduled to return tomorrow Wednesday to the city of Deir ez-Zor in order to receive those wishing to join the comprehensive settlement for the people of the Province, while the process continues in the town of Al-Sabkha in the eastern countryside of Raqqa.

In Deir ez-Zor, more than 6,000 people have settled their status in Al-Shmaitiyeh center since it was opened 13 days ago.

A number of dignitaries and tribal figures in Deir ez-Zor confirmed that the great turnout witnessed by the settlement center in the city is a clear expression of the desire of the people of the Province, especially those residing in the Jazira area, to take advantage of this opportunity and return to their normal life and start a new phase that carries the will to work to rebuild the homeland despite all the obstacles by the “Qasad” militia and its attempt to prevent them from reaching settlement centers.

In Raqqa, the center of the town of al-Sabkha in the eastern countryside witnessed today, Tuesday, a heavy turnout by those included in the settlement, despite the obstacles placed by the “Qasad militia” to prevent citizens from reaching the center.
