“Al-Nusra Front” in Lebanon Claims Beirut Explosion

The terrorist Al-Qaeda affiliated Al-Nusra Front in Lebanon group on Tuesday claimed the bomb attack that rocked southern suburbs of Beirut, killing three people at least and wounding around 46 others, according to medical sources.

“We have responded to the massacres carried out by the party of Iran… in their backyard in the southern suburbs,” the terrorist group said in a statement posted on a Twitter account.

The suicide car bomb exploded in southern Beirut bastion on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. local time.

The same busy commercial street was targeted by a suicide car bombing in early January that also killed five civilians, according to Al-Manar TV.
