MUSCAT, (ST)- Representing President Bashar Al-Assad, Deputy Premier, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Walid al-Moallem arrived on Monday in the Omani Capital Muscat to offer condolences on the passing away of Sultan Qaboos of Oman who died on Friday aged 79.
Al-Moallem is due to meet Sultan Haitham bin Tarek bin Taymour Al Said to extend President Al-Assad and the Syrian people’s condolences on the death of late Sultan Qaboos bin Said.
