Al-Miqdad : The neighboring countries are targeted by the “Caesar Act”as much as Syria is targeted

Deputy Foreign Minister and Expatriates  Faisal Al-Miqdad, has said that the neighboring countries of Syria are targeted by what is called the “Caesar Act” to the extent that Syria is targeted.

“ It is in the interest of the leaders and peoples of these Arab countries in particular to continue their political and economic coordination with Syria, because we together with our solidarity, are able to overcome these problems that are created by Israel and the United States of America ,” Al-Wattan daily quoted al-Miqdad as saying during the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates’ farewell party for the Ambassador of the Republic of Mauritania in Damascus , Ely Ould Ahmedou, on the occasion of the end of his duties as his country’s ambassador to Syria at the Dama Rose Hotel in Damascus on June 28.

On the Syrian Democratic Forces – SDF militia occupation of some government institutions in the northeast of the country, al-Miqdad said:

“We are against such practices and this will be negatively reflected on these militias. I confirm that Syria, which has withstood these conspiracies, will continue to stand firm, and these games are not worth mentioning, behind which the United States of America and Syria’s enemies stand.”

“ I am confident that Syria, with all its spectrum and components, stands with the Syrian leadership headed by President Bashar Al-Assad in the face of such attacks, and the time will come when these people will be aware that what they are doing is treachery and it unethical in the political and economic dimensions,” al-Miqdad added.

Al-Miqdad stressed that Syria, as it has always faced and endured for decades, will face and combat new attempts to implement the plans of the United States of America at various levels.
