Al-Miqdad: The launch of a camp for the installation of prosthetic limbs reflects the human depth of relations between the two countries

On October 2nd, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Dr. Faisal Al –Miqdad, discussed with the assistant of the Indian Foreign Minister Wasif Sayed and the accompanying delegation bilateral relations between the two countries, and ways to develop and enhance them in various fields. 

Al –Miqdad pointed out the importance of this visit, which comes within the framework of the launching of the second camp for the installation of prostheses, and the human depth of this camp reflects the relations between the two friendly peoples

He expressed the Syrian people’s gratitude for the friendly positions of the Republic of India, a government and a people, supporting Syria in its war against terrorism. 

He talked about the difficulties facing Syria in the economic fields, as a result of terrorism and the economic measures imposed on the Syrian people in an inhuman manner

He pointed to the challenges imposed by the presence of the American occupation and stolen of the Syrian wealth in northeast Syria and the negative effects of this on security and stability in the region. 

In turn, Wasif Sayed reviewed the economic, technical, educational, commercial and political fields and pointed to the need to increase the development of relations in a way that achieves the aspirations of the two friendly peoples. 

Wasif Sayed renewed his country’s position in support of Syria, noting Syria’s important a role in the region level.
