Al-Miqdad: Syrian Arab Army’s victories have foiled schemes against Syria’s stability

Damascus, (ST) –  The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Dr. Faisal Al-Miqdad affirmed that the achievements of the Syrian Arab Army, and the victory scored by the Syrian people have thwarted the plans prepared for Syria.

“All the foreign ministers and officials I met with stressed the importance of Syria’s role in the region and the need for it to return to practicing this role”, the Minister, Miqdad said in an interview with “SAMA”satellite channel.

 He added that Syria has given lessons to the world in confronting the plans that targeted its stability, unity and territorial integrity.

Al-Miqdad added that, we look forward to the international community playing a role in assisting Syria in the process of rebuilding what it destroyed.
