Al-Miqdad discusses with Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan bilateral relations between Syria and UAE

DAMASCUS, JUN.8, (ST)- Today, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Faisal Al-Miqdad, discussed with the UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in a phone call, bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and the situation in the Arab region and the world.

The two ministers stressed the importance of strengthening relations between Syria and the UAE in various fields, and continuing bilateral meetings between them to discuss cooperation in these fields.

The two sides, in addition, reviewed the serious obstacles that face the international relations and the issues that must be addressed on the Arab arena.

Al-Miqdad agreed with Sheikh Abdullah to continue these discussions as soon as possible.
