For his part, Minister Miqdad affirmed that the strategic relations between Syria and Iran are always moving towards further development, stressing the need to increase the activation of economic cooperation between the two countries to confront the effects of the illegal and inhuman coercive Western economic measures imposed on the peoples of the two countries.
In turn, Abdullahian referred to the depth of relations between Syria and Iran and to enhance cooperation between the two countries in all fields.
Abdullahian expressed his country’s support for Syria and its people and its readiness to provide everything possible to overcome the negative effects of unilateral coercive measures.
