Al-Mikdad: The West’s claim regarding Israel’s right to self-defense is a license to the Israeli fascism to kill the Palestinians

Damascus – Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Faisal Al-Mikdad has stressed that contrary to the stance of the collective West, which falsely claimed the Zionist entity’s right to self-defense, the International Court of Justice had confirmed in a previous ruling that “Israel” has no right to practice this right because it is an occupying state.

The masks that cover the face of the Western countries and the parties that support them under Article 51 of the United Nations principles, have been dropped and it has become clear that the logic of self-defense in the event of genocide and war crimes committed by Israeli fascism is in fact a license for “Israel” to kill the Palestinians because they are struggling to establish their state on their land, the minister said in a post on X platform.

He added that the bill of exposing the bloody nature of the Zionist entity has been high, as no less than 300 Palestinians were martyred, most of whom were children, women and the elderly, as a result of the Israeli genocide against the people of Gaza during the past 24 hours.  ,

“The number of children killed by “Israel” out of its hatred has exceeded 4000 children,” Al-Mikdad said.

He affirmed that the upcoming summit meetings at the Arab and African levels that will be held soon will be a unique opportunity to renew the positions of countries in support for the Palestinian rights and for security and stability in the world.
