Damascus, (ST) – Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Dr. Faisal Al-Mikdad, discussed during a phone call with his Omani counterpart Badr bin Hamad Al-Busaidi, the development of bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, and developments in the region.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates stated in a tweet on Monday that the two ministers discussed during the call issues related to the development of bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries in various fields. They also discussed the latest developments in the region.
Al-Mikdad expressed Syria’s satisfaction with the existing level of relations between the two brotherly countries, especially after President Bashar Al-Assad’s recent visit to the Sultanate of Oman, and the talks he held with Sultan Haitham bin Tariq.
