Al-Mikdad discusses with his Algerian counterpart the support for the Palestinian people in the face of Israeli aggression

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Faisal Al-Mikdad stressed the importance of supporting the Palestinian people, the need to prevent the Israeli occupation entity from implementing its policies of displacing Palestinians and the necessity of strengthening joint Arab action.

This came during a telephone call conducted by Al-Mikdad today with Ahmad Attaf, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.

Al-Mikdad stressed the importance of the two brotherly countries continuing their support for the Palestinian people, preventing “Israel” from implementing its policies of displacing the Palestinians, and the necessity of strengthening joint Arab action.

Al-Miqdad also expressed Syria’s great appreciation for the efforts of sisterly Algeria in supporting the struggle of the Palestinian people and their just rights in the face of the barbaric Israeli killing machine and the immoral Western support that is trying to justify “Israel’s” aggression against Palestinian civilians and the bombing of hospitals and infrastructure.

In turn, Minister Attaf expressed Algeria’s high appreciation for Syria’s positions and the existing coordination between the two brotherly countries, especially the similarity of vision towards the Palestinian issue and the importance of continuing their position aimed at supporting the Palestinian people with the aim of ending their suffering and stopping the Zionist entity’s aggression against them.

The Algerian official stressed that his country supports any joint action or cooperation with Syria and the Arab countries that would serve the cause of Palestine and contribute to alleviating the tragedy of the Palestinian people that has been going on for decades.
