Al-Maqt stresses Palestine never dies

Liberated Syrian captive Sidqi Al-Maqt has affirmed that the Palestinian people are launching a third Intifada (uprising) against the Israeli occupation, reiterating that Palestine never dies, rather, it is reborn every day.

In a statement to the Syrian TV, Al-Maqt said that ” we are experiencing a Palestinian intifada at three levels. First is the intifada of the our people in occupied Al-Quds who have confronted the occupation’s Judization schemes. Second is the Palestinian resistance in the besieged Gaza Strip and third is the intifada launched by our people in the Palestinian territories occupied in 1948 in Yafa, Al-Led, Al-Ramleh, Haifa and Akka against the Zionist scheme and that reiterates their Palestinian identity and belongingness.”

Al-Maqt pointed out that the Palestinian people are firmly adherent to their land confronting the Israeli occupation’s crimes that amount to war crimes, noting that Palestine is reborn every day and that the intifada will continue to renew as long as the occupation lasts.

He stressed that the Palestinian cause is in the memory of every Syrian citizen, particularly the people in occupied Syrian Golan who are facing the same suffering, the same occupation and the same schemes.
