Al-Kuzbari: No meetings held so far due to other party’s rejection to discuss agenda

Geneva, (ST) – President of the delegation currently  participating in the committee of discussing the constitution Ahmad al-Kuzbari said that no meetings have been held by the Mini-Committee of Discussing the Constitution so far because of the refusal of the other party to enter the meeting hall and discuss the agenda.

In a statement to journalists, al-Kuzbari said that they were unable to hold any meeting because no agreement was reached with the other party.

He added that our proposal was rejected through media and this constitutes a breach of the Charter of Conduct added to dozens of other violations.

Al-Kuzbari added that the national principles which were rejected by the delegation of the Turkish regime are the principles that concern the Syrian people and related to rejection of occupation and combatting terrorism, noting that the national delegation is always ready to follow up work according to the compass of the Syrian people and not according to the compass of other countries..
