Minister Al-Khalil said in a statement to news reporter in Amman that it was agreed on measures that serve issues of trade, transport, agriculture, energy and water resources between the two countries, with the development of future visions for them, and setting dates for discussing and completing technical issues in a way that puts what was agreed upon into actual implementation to reach the desired results.

Minister Al-Khalil indicated that it was agreed to unify the transit fees for trucks, pointing out that the joint technical committee for transport issues between the two countries will meet to formulate its vision.

Hel added that it was also agreed to immediately implement the “door to door” shipping system for Syrian trucks in conjunction with the opening of the Jaber border crossing, which will start today.
