Al-Kazemi: The US combat forces will return to their country at the end of this year

Baghdad (ST): Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi confirmed that the US combat forces will withdraw from Iraq at the end of this year.

Al-Kazemi said in an interview with Al-Iraqiya News Channel that the US combat forces will return to their country at the end of this year and that the Iraqi security forces are able to protect the country’s territory, considering that the most important achievement in the strategic dialogue on the future of the relationship with the United States is that it united the positions of the Iraqi political forces, while the relationship between the two will transform Baghdad and Washington to a new stage.

Al-Kazemi renewed Iraq’s support for dialogues that help stability in the region.
