Al-Jaish qualifies for quarter final of AFC

JORDAN, (ST) – Al-Jaish Syrian club qualified to quarter final of AFC Cup after beating al-Jazeera Jordanian club 1-0.

Mohammad Shareefa scored for al-Jaish from a penalty in the last minute of the match.

 Al-Jaish played well in the match and its goalkeeper Ahmad Madania saved a penalty for al-Jazeera at 83 min.

Ahmad Madania, Moa’yad al-Khouli, Saa’d Ahmad, Zakaria Kaddour, Husam Bwadekji, Ez al-Deen Awad, Khaled Koujli, Mohammad Shareefa, Basel Mostafa, Bahaa’ Karoot and Abdulateef Sakeeni played for al-Jaish club in the match.
