Al-Jaafari presents his credentials as a non-resident Syrian ambassador to Kazakhstan

Moscow (ST) – Today, in the Kazakh capital, Astana, the Syrian Ambassador to the Russian Federation, Dr. Bashar Al-Jaafari, presented his credentials to President Kassym-Gomert Tokayev as a non-resident Syrian ambassador to Kazakhstan.

Al-Jaafari conveyed to President Tokayev the greetings of President Bashar al-Assad and his keenness to deepen communication and rapprochement between the two peoples.

In turn, President Tokayev stressed his desire to strengthen and develop relations between the two friendly countries in all fields.

The credentials presentation ceremony took place at the Presidential Palace, while Ambassador Al-Jaafari held a series of meetings with many ministers and officials in the capital, Astana.
