After receiving medical treatment in UAE, 3 survivors of the earthquake that hit Syria last February return home
Three survivors of the earthquake that hit Syria last February arrived at Damascus International Airport on Wednesday after receiving medical treatment in the United Arab Emirates UAE for suffering from crushing limb syndrome.
The survivors, Mahmoud Suqur, Rawan Al-Issa and Ali Rammo, were received at Damascus International Airport by Assistant Minister of Local Administration and Environment Moataz Dohji, and the Director of Operations of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Tammam Mehrez.
Dohji conveyed to the survivors President Bashar Al-Assad and First Lady, Mrs. Asma Al-Assad’ss greetings and best wishes for continuous good health.
The three survivors had sufferred severe injuries as a result of the earthquake in Syria which required their departure to UAE to receive proper treatment.
