AFC U-16 C’ship semi-finals: Syria to meet S. Korea

DAMASCUS, (ST) – The U-16 national Syrian team are due to go head-to-head with their S.Korean counterparts in the AFC U-16 Championship at the Rajamangala Stadium on Wednesday.

The national side have secured a return to the semi-finals of the AFC U-16 Championship for the first time since 2006 after stunning defending champions Uzbekistan by recording a 5-2 victory at a damp Rajamangala Stadium.
