AFC Cup Draw puts Syrian Al-Foutwa and Al-Ittihad teams in groups A and B

Kuala Lumpur- The Syrian Al-Foutwa and al-Ittihad (Ahli of Aleppo) teams came in groups A and B as a result of the Group stage draw of the AFC Cup which was held on Thursday in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur.

Al-Foutwa came in group A along with the Lebanese Al-Ahed, the Palestinian Jabal al-Mukaber, and the Omani Al-Nahda Club.

Al-Ittihad (Ahli of Aleppo) will play in group B, against the Jordanian Al-Wehdat, the Iraqi Al-Kahrabaa, and the Kuwaiti Al-Kuwait.

Group C included the Iraqi Al-Zawra’a, Bahrain’s Al-Riffa, Lebanese Nejmeh and Al-Arabi al-Kuwaiti.
