The Acting Minister of Health, Dr. Maher Al-Shara met with a delegation from the Saudi King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid.
During the meeting, which took place in the ministry building, Dr. Al-Sharaa noted the importance of the center’s work in Syria, the aid provided to the health sector, and its role in alleviating patients’ pain through drug shipments and qualitative operations.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Al-Shara presented the delegation with an honorary shield in appreciation of the great efforts he made during his presence in Syria.
It is noteworthy that the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid has launched projects in Syria in several fields, the latest of which was providing 22 trucks containing emergency medical supplies, which were distributed to more than 25 health facilities.
