Accusing Syrian Army of Using Phosphorus and Napalm New Lie by Terrorists and Their Sponsors: Sources

DAMASCUS, (ST)- The Terrorist organizations backed by their western sponsors and misleading media circulated new lies against the Syrian army dealing with the use of phosphorus and napalm, according to informed sources.

The claims come a day before a Security Council session and are added to other fake news alleging the use of chemical weapons by the Syrian army.

“Every time pressure is tightened on the terrorist groups, which are taking their last breathes in Ghouta, orders are given to these criminal groups from their operators and masters to again use false accusations against the Syrian Arab army,” the sources said, pointing out that the fast and successive victories of the Syrian army over terrorists in Ghouta have led the countries conspiring on Syria to falsely accuse the government forces of using chemical weapons.

The Syrian army’s operation against the terrorists of Jabhat al-Nusra and its affiliated groups in Ghouta aims basically at ridding civilians of terrorism and its crimes and to liberate the locals of Ghouta who have been for years held by terrorists as hostages and human shields, clarified the sources.

They went on to say that the Syrian army’s yesterday’s operation of securing the exit of many civilians from Ghouta and the demonstrations organized by locals of some Ghouta towns against the terrorists prove that the claims of the terrorist groups and their supporting countries are false.

The misinformation and distortion campaigns launched by the terrorism sponsoring countries and that are being implemented by their terrorist tools and promoted by affiliated media outlets won’t stop or affect the process of uprooting terrorism which is nearing its end.
