Absence of accountability encourages Erdogan’s regime to commit more crimes in Syria: Czech journalist

The international silence regarding the war crimes and crimes against humanity being committed by the Turkish regime against Syria is unacceptable, Czech journalist Marketa Kotilova has stressed, warning of the danger of the new threats made by the Turkish regime about launching a new aggression in the north of Syria.

In a post on her facebook account on Saturday, Kotilova said that the crimes being committed by the Turkish regime and its forces in Syria flagrantly violate the international law, yet the western countries and the international community keep silence over these crimes and this encourages the Turkish regime to commit more violations.

In an earlier article, Kotilova stressed that the absence of accountability for the gross violations of Erdogan’s regime in Syria and the silence of the West over this regime’s criminal acts encourage it to continue with implementing its expansionist schemes.
