Abkhaz FM: We hope Syria will succeed in eradicating terrorism

MOSCOW, (ST)_ Foreign Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia, Vyacheslav Chireekpa expressed his country hope that the Syrian government will succeed in restoring security and stability to Syria and defeat terrorist organizations, stressing the need to restore peace and security, to this beautiful country of immense ancient civilizations.

In an interview with the Russian Sputnik news agency published yesterday Chireekpa stressed the importance of a quick solution to the political and military crises plaguing the Arab world, which raises his country’s concern because of the geographical proximity between these countries and Abkhazia and the negative repercussions of these events economically, politically and militarily over it.

“Syria and Libya have witnessed an era of stability and prosperity, in the past, “he said, hoping that all Arab countries will enjoy stability, very soon,so Abkhazia can promoting economic and political cooperation with them.”

The Abkhaz minister praised his country’s economic relations with several countries, including China and Latin America, especially Venezuela and Nicaragua, with which his country maintains diplomatic relations, stressing that Abkhazia has also diplomatic representatives in some Western European countries, such as Italy and Germany.
