Abdullahian: Practical action must be taken to stop Zionist crimes in Gaza

Iranian Foreign Minister Hussein Amir Abdollahian has renewed his country’s call on the international community to take practical action to stop the Zionist aggression against the Gaza Strip and confront various forms of terrorism.

During a phone call with his French counterpart, Catherine Colonna, last night Abdollahian  said “Practical action must be taken to stop the crimes of the Zionist entity, the ongoing genocide, and the killing of civilians in the Gaza Strip, facilitate the sending of humanitarian aid,  and adopting  the right of the Palestinians to determine the future of their country”.

Iranian Foreign Minister pointed out during the phone call that the only way to prevent the spread of conflicts in the region and  achieving  lasting peace there is the necessity of  attention to the roots of the challenges, as well as a serious determination to help solve them, adding  that America and the Zionist entity are responsible for the genocide in Gaza.

Abdullahian stressed that the security of Gaza, the West Bank, the region are interconnected, and war is not the solution, stressing that Iran is the most sincere supporter of security and stability in the region and the world.

For her part, the French Foreign Minister condemned the terrorist act that took place in Kerman last Wednesday, expressing her concern about the increasing tensions in the region.
