Abdollahian conveys Iranian President’s condolences to President Al-Assad over human losses in the terror attack on Military Academy  

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Faisal Al-Mikdad on Thursday received a phone call from the Iranian Foreign Minister Hussein Amir Abdollahian during which Abdollahian askdd Al-Mikdad to convey President Ebrahim Raisi’s condolences to President Bashar Al-Assad after the terrorist attack that targeted the Military Academy in Homs and caused massive human losses. He also stressed Raisi’s condemnation of this terrorist attack and the forcsz and countries supporting terrorism.

Abdollahian also offered the condolences of the Iranian people. Government and of his own on this tragic loss, stressing that the Iranian people condemn such criminal attacks behind which are countries that are known of hostility to peoples.

For his part, Al-Mikdad said that Syria and President Al-Assad thanked President Raisi for condeming this cowardly terrorist act, affirming that Syria and Iran are determined to fight terrorism.
