Abdollahian calls on Islamic countries to adopt decisive decisions to end genocide in Gaza

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian has called on Islamic countries to take serious decisions to end the genocide committed by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinians in Gaza.

“The Palestinian issue is the pivotal and central cause of the Islamic world. Stronger and more effective efforts must be exerted by the organization to end war crimes against the oppressed Palestinian people, especially the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza, as quickly as possible.” The Iranian news agency IRNA quoted Abdollahian during his meeting in Jeddah with the Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Hussein Ibrahim Taha, as saying

Abdollahian pointed to the importance of the meeting that the organization will hold in the light of the continuing catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza Strip.

The Iranian official underlined the necessity of taking serious action by the Islamic countries participating in this meeting and making strong decisions to send a deterrent message to the Zionist entity and its protectors, as to end this brutal genocide.
