Abbas: The war of extermination against the Palestinian people is a disgrace to those who support the occupation

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas stressed that the open war of annihilation to which the Palestinian people are exposed in front of the world is a disgrace to those who support the Israeli occupation and provide it with protection. He indicated that the Palestinians will fail all the occupation’s plans to displace them from their homeland, and that the occupation is the one that must leave.

Wafa Agency quoted Abbas as saying in today’s speech: “We are facing a barbaric war of aggression and an open war of genocide against our people in Gaza Strip and in the West Bank, including Al-Quds (Jerusalem), our eternal capital.”

“We are facing a massacre carried out by the occupation in front of the world’s and eyes, in order to break our will and uproot our national existence in our land, the land of our fathers and grandfathers, in which our people have lived for more than six thousand years”, Abbas added.

Abbas pointed out that the unjust war of aggression waged by the occupation is a war against the Palestinian existence and the Palestinian national identity, and part of the aggression that has been been continuous for more than a century, stressing ggat this war is a disgrace to those who support this aggression and provide it with political and military cover.

He indicated that the remains of children who were torn apart by the missiles of the Israeli aggression, and the blood of the women and men whose hopes and lives were assassinated by the missiles of aggression, are a curse on the occupation and on those who stand behind it or remain silent about the war crimes it commits against the Palestinian people.

Abbas stressed that the Palestinian people categorically reject all the occupation’s plans to displace them from their land, and will confront and thwart them, as Palestine is the only homeland to which the Palestinians will not accept an alternative, and if there is someone who must leave, it is the occupation.

Abbas stressed that the Gaza Strip was and will remain forever an integral part of Palestine, and any talk about it in isolation from the West Bank, including Al- Quds (Jerusalem), is rejected.

He said: The future of Gaza Strip is the future of the West Bank, and its present is the same as the present of the West Bank. One people, one cause, one suffering, one national struggle, one national flag, one Palestinian state and one future, and this  is our decision and this is our choice.
