A young Syrian girl combines her talents for playing music and drawing

Fourteen-year-old Zainab Jaber combined her passion for playing music

and drawing, both of which she first developed a passion for ,several years ago.

 

She has been developing her artistic skills by taking courses taught by specialized trainers.This led her to learn to play the oud, hoping to enter the

Higher Institute of Music in the future.

The young girl referred to the support and encouragement from her family, her friends and her school, which gave her a

lot of love while teaching her the basics and arts of drawing.

She participated through all her paintings in the Syrian Cultural Forum in Lattakia under the title “Our Heritage, Our Inheritance,” which

painted a beautiful picture of the future she hopes to live.

Jaber called on all children around the world, especially Syrians, not to neglect what they desire, such as arts and sports in order to enrich their lives.
