A tremor measuring 4.7 shakes the west of Iran

Tehran (ST): A tremor measuring 4.7  Richter Scale shook today the Iranian border city of Dehleran to the west of Iran but no casualties have been reported.

Fares News Agency quoted the Seismological Centre affiliated to the Geophysics Foundation at Tehran University as saying that the centre of the tremor was at the depth of 12 kms.

Two days ago, a tremor measuring 4.5 at the Richter Scale hit   the area of Khan Zenan near the city of Sheraz.
