Daraa (ST): A tourist group of 15 tourists from the United States of America and Australia, including doctors and company employees, visited the ancient city of Busra al-Sham in Daraa countryside.

In a statement to SANA news reporter, Chris, a doctor, pointed out that the city of Busra is one of the most important archaeological cities in the world, especially the theater, which confirms the tremendous urban progress that the city has enjoyed for thousands of years.

Melissa, a doctor, expressed her great happiness as she stood on the amphitheater of Busra and wandered between the alleys of this historical city.

Galvin, an employee, considered that the buildings of Busra represent an icon of the civilizations that have disappeared and left beautiful monuments, especially in terms of the diversity of its urban structure. Priyanka, another employee, pointed out that the ancient buildings in Busra are evidence of advanced architectural thought that has endured for thousands of years, and a witness to the greatness of ancient civilizations.

In turn, Ophelia Kiwan, the guide accompanying the delegation, explained that the increase in the number of tourist delegations coming to Syria, especially Busra and Palmyra, is evidence of the return of security and stability to all parts of the country, and it is also a turning point in the course of Syrian relations with the world in all fields.
