Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – Dozens of Palestinians, during a solidarity stand in the city of Tubas in the West Bank today, called on human rights institutions to urgently intervene to save the lives of prisoners in Israeli occupation jails.
Wafa News Agency reported. that, the participants in the stand that was called by the national action factions raised the Palestinian flags and affirmed the continuation of their solidarity activities with the prisoners, especially the sick and those on hunger strike who are fighting what they called an “empty bowel battle” in light of the deliberate medical negligence by the occupation authorities against them.
About 5,000 Palestinian prisoners inside Israeli occupation jails face harsh detention conditions, including about 600 prisoners who need urgent medical intervention.
