A stand in Al-Bireh in support for Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails

Occupied Al-Quds-(ST)- Dozens of Palestinians on Tuesday participated in a stand in Al-Bireh city in the occupied West Bank, to support Palestinian prisoners against the aggressive and brutal practices of Israeli occupation against them.

Wafa News Agency reported that the participants in the stand, which was called for by the Palestinian national forces in front of the headquarters of the International Committee of the Red Cross in the city, raised pictures of sick prisoners, mainly Walid Daqqa and Asif Al-Rifai who have cancer.

The participants raised placards calling for the prisoners’ freedom and urging the international community to put pressure on the occupation authorities to end the policy of deliberate medical negligence, solitary confinement and daily assaults on prisoners’ cells.
