A solidarity meeting in Beirut condemns the terrorist attack on the Military College in Homs

 Beirut (ST): Lebanese parties and figures held a stand in solidarity with Syria in the face of the terrorist attack that targeted the Military College in Homs last Thursday and in support of the Palestinian resistance and Operation of “Al-Aqsa Flood” in the face of the brutal practices of the Israeli occupation.

A member of the Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc, Lebanese MP Ibrahim al-Musawi, representing Hezbollah, confirmed in a speech that the martyrs who died at the Military College in Homs are our martyrs and the martyrs of Palestine because they died in the pursuit of the Palestinian cause.

In turn, Vice President of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party, Wael Al-Hasaniyeh, expressed the party’s solidarity with Syria in the face of terrorism and its sponsors, and in the face of the unjust siege, denouncing the terrorist massacre on the Military College in Homs.

Al-Hasaniyeh added: Our battle is one and it is a fateful battle, and the resistance, with its weapons, the sacrifices of its martyrs, and its culture, is the only way to protect Lebanon and liberate what remains of its occupied land.

For his part, the Secretary-General of the Arab Socialist Baath Party in Lebanon, Ali Hijazi, said: Whoever targeted the Military College in Homs is the same one who is targeting Gaza today, stressing that the concept of unity of the arenas is the most important in this confrontation and the current stage.

Member of the Development and Liberation Bloc, former MP Ali Bazzi, representing the Amal Movement, also confirmed in his speech that the Amal Movement will remain true to its pledge and promise with Syria and Palestine until victory.

In turn, the official in charge of Lebanese relations in the “Islamic Jihad” movement in Palestine, Abu Wissam Munawar, considered that the aggression against Syria and Palestine is an aggression divided between the agent and the principal, as they are two sides of the same coin.
Haitham Abdo, an official of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine in Lebanon, condemned in a speech the terrorist attack that targeted the graduation ceremony of military college officer students in the city of Homs, stressing that Syria, which foiled these conspiracies, is capable of confronting all the machines of terrorism directed against it.
