A solidarity event in Moscow for the Arab peoples in the face of Zionist attacks and crimes

Members of Arab communities in Russian Federation with their Russian citizen’s fellows condemned the brutal aggressive actions and attacks committed by the Israeli entity in Lebanon, Palestine and Syria.

At a solidarity event held by the Lebanese House in Moscow on the occasion of the eighty-first anniversary of Lebanon’s independence, the participants affirmed their solidarity with the resistance fighters who confront the brutal Israeli aggression, which violates all international norms by destroying cities, residential neighborhoods, hospitals, schools, and places of worship.

The event was attended by the Syrian Ambassador to Moscow, Dr. Bashar al-Jaafari, a number of ambassadors of Arab countries, social, religious and cultural figures, and Arab and Russian media figures.

Lebanese Ambassador to Russia, Shawki Bou Nassar, called for the necessity of adhering to the resolutions of international legitimacy in order to achieve peace and stability in the Middle East and the world in general, by stopping the criminal Israeli aggression and achieving the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital on the borders of June 4, 2018.1967 and the withdrawal of the Israeli enemy from all the occupied territories in Lebanon and Syria.

In a statement to SANA’s correspondent in Moscow, Russian ambassador Alexander Zasypkin confirmed that Russia supports Syria in combating terrorism and confronting attacks on its lands.

He added that Russia also, expresses its solidarity with the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples and makes every effort to stop the Israeli attacks on them.

At the end of the evening, a film was shown documenting the acts of killing and destruction committed by the criminal Israeli enemy against the peoples of the region.
