A protest in the city of Sweida condemning the Israeli attacks

Al-Karama Square in the center of al_Sweida witnessed today a protest by a number of residents of the governorate denouncing the ongoing Israeli attacks on Syrian territory, and in solidarity and in honor of the lives of the martyrs who were killed as a result of the Israeli occupation shelling of the Al-Jubailiyah Dam forest, west of Daraa governorate, the day before yesterday.

Protesters raised banners with words of protest and condemnation of the crimes and massacres of the Israeli occupation, affirming their rejection of the violation of Syrian sovereignty. They called on the international community to take decisive action to pressure “Israel” to stop its aggressions and violations of international law, and to abide by international disengagement resolutions.
They also carried national flags, chanted slogans condemning the Israeli occupation and its brutal practices against safe citizens, stressing the sovereignty of Syria and the need to preserve its land and territorial integrity, and continue the march of struggle until the liberation of every inch of its occupied territories.
