Provinces – The Syrian Air Force and Syrian Arab Army units continued targeting terrorist organizations on Wednesday, destroying a position for Jabhat al-Nusra leaders in Daraa province and killing many terrorists in Aleppo, Homs, and Hama, SANA reported.
Daraa
An army unit destroyed a center for Jabhat al-Nusra leaders in al-Hammadin area in Daraa al-Mahatta in the southern city of Daraa.
A military source explained that an army unit directly hit fortified positions of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in al-Hammadin area, which resulted in destroying a center for leaders within the organization, leaving all those inside it dead or injured.
Among those killed are Suffian Moawieh al-Abssi, Ahmad Moawieh al-Abssi and Samer Ahmad al-Taane.
Earlier on Tuesday, army units foiled an attack launched by groups affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra on a military post in Daraa al-Mahata and destroyed two machinegun-equipped vehicles in the eastern countryside of Daraa province.
Aleppo
The Syrian Air Force targeted positions and gatherings of terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra and other organizations that violated the cessation of hostilities agreement in southern Aleppo.
The air strikes hit targets in Banes village, Hidiyeh and al-Eis hills and ICARDA area, according to the military source.
The strikes resulted in the destruction of several positions and vehicles equipped with various types of machineguns and others loaded with arms and ammunition, in addition to eliminating gatherings of terrorists.
Homs
The Syrian Air Force destroyed vehicles, some of them equipped with machineguns, for ISIS terrorist organization south of al-Bardeh village, located near al-Qaryatain city in the southeastern countryside of Homs province.
A number of ISIS terrorists also were killed in the air strikes.
Hama
A military source said that the Syrian Air Force launcheed sorties targeting the dens and gatherings of terrorist groups affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra in Kafar Naboda town and Attshan village in Hama countryside, killing many terrorists and destroying their equipment and vehicles.
