A Palestinian boy, shot and wounded by occupation forces last Saturday, dies of wounds

A Palestinian child was martyred this dawn because of wounds caused to him last Saturday by Israeli occupation fire in the east of Gaza city.

Wafa news agency reported that the 13-year-old boy Omar Hasan Abu al-Niel, from Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza city, was martyred as a result of wounds sustained last Saturday when the Israeli occupation forces opened fire at a rally held east of Gaza marking the 52nd anniversary of the crime of burning Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Abu Niel is the second Palestinian to die of wounds sustained during the same activity.

Osama Khaled Deij, 32, from Jabaliya refugee camp near Gaza, also died of wounds days after he was shot by Israeli forces during the rally, Wafa said.
