A number of “SDF” militants killed, others injured in infighting in Qamishli

Fierce clashes among gunmen of the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces “SDF” (QASAD) militia in Qamishli city, Hasakah, killed a number of militants and injured several others on Friday.

Local sources told a SANA reporter that clashes with individual weapons and machineguns broke out between armed groups affiliated to the “SDF” militia in Al-Mahmaqia neighborhood in Qamishli, leading to the killing and injury of several militants.

The infighting expanded later to Al-Wusta neighborhood in the city of Qamishli where several militants were also injured, the sources added.

Panic and fear spread among the residents as a result of the clashes, according to the sources.
