A number of Palestinians injured during the occupation’s suppression of a demonstration in the village of Beit Dajan

Occupied Jerusalem (ST): A number of Palestinians were injured today by Israeli occupation forces’ bullets during their suppression of an anti-settlement demonstration in the village of Beit Dajan, east of Nablus in the West Bank.

The Palestinian Wafa Agency reported that the occupation forces fired bullets and poison gas canisters at the participants in the demonstration, which led to the injury of a number of Palestinians with bullets and cases of suffocation.

The occupation forces also stormed the town of Beita, south of the city, and attacked the Palestinians there.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces obstructed the Palestinians’ access to the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque in the occupied city of Jerusalem.

The Palestinian Wafa Agency stated that the occupation forces deployed at the military checkpoints leading to the occupied city of Jerusalem obstructed the Palestinians’ access to the mosque to perform prayers, as well as intensified their barriers and pushed other reinforcements into the streets of the city, the Old City and the vicinity of Al-Aqsa.

Yesterday, 122 settlers stormed Al-Aqsa from the Mughrabi Gate and carried out provocative tours in its courtyards, guarded by the occupation forces, which imposed severe restrictions on Palestinian entry to it.
