A number of Palestinians injured as a result of the occupation’s suppression of demonstrations in support of prisoners

Occupied Jerusalem (ST): A number of Palestinians were injured today when the Israeli occupation forces stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque and suppressed a demonstration in support of prisoners.

Palestinian media reported that the occupation forces stormed Al-Aqsa amid firing bullets and poison gas canisters at hundreds of Palestinians who demonstrated in its courtyards after the Friday prayers ended in support of the prisoners and in refusal of the occupation’s violations against them, which led to a number of Palestinians suffocating.

A number of Palestinians, including a journalist, were injured today as a result of the Israeli occupation forces’ suppression of a demonstration in the town of Beita, south of Nablus in the West Bank, in support of the prisoners in their detention.

Palestinian media reported that the occupation forces fired bullets and poison gas canisters at the participants in a demonstration condemning the oppressive practices of the occupation against the prisoners, as a result of which a journalist was shot and others suffocated.
