A new settlement center is opened in Tal Arn in the eastern countryside of Aleppo

Aleppo, (ST) – In response to the desire of the people, the competent authorities opened on Wednesday a settlement center in the town of Tel Arn in the eastern countryside of Aleppo to those wishing to settle their situation in accordance with the agreements proposed by the state.

During the opening of the center, “a homeland tent” was erected in which clan elders, Arab tribesmen and the people of the region gathered in it. They stressed the importance of the amnesty decree issued by President Bashar Al-Assad, which contributed to the return of many deceived citizens to their homes and agricultural lands.

 The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reporter monitored the opinions of a number of tribal notables who stressed the importance of opening the center in Tel Arn with the aim of receiving citizens who wish to settle their status from the areas of Tel Arn and Al-Safira and their surroundings.

Sheikh Nuri Assaf, one of the notables of the Kurdish clans in Tel Arn, stressed that the settlement has spread satisfaction among the people of the region of all stripes, as it is an opportunity for all to contribute in building the homeland, protecting and defending it, and rejecting all forms of division.

In turn, Sheikh Hammad Al-Satouf, Sheikh of the Al-Saab clan and Vice President of National Reconciliation, drew attention to the importance of the amnesty decree issued by President Bashar al-Assad which helped thousands of citizens return to their towns and regions to continue their normal life. He called on all those who wish from the areas of Azaz and Manbij to hurry to review the settlement centers and return to their homes to practice their normal lives.

Sheikh Zakaria Al-Arja, one of the dignitaries of the Hanadi clan, spoke about the necessity of national reconciliation and embracing the other side of those who were deceived, to return now to contribute in building their homeland.

Sheikh, Al-Arja pointed to the good turnout during the first hours of the opening of the center in Tel Arn.

A number of those who settled their situation expressed their satisfaction with the simplified procedures and facilities provided by the competent authorities.

The young Abdo Omar Muhammad expressed his joy at returning to the homeland.

Meanwhile, Ahmed Al-Hammad Ibrahim referred to the simplified facilities provided by the competent committees to return citizens to their villages and homes.

In the settlement center in the town of Deir Hafer in the eastern countryside of the governorate, Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reporter said that the settlement process continued amid heavy demand and easy procedures, which were praised by those involved in this settlement.
