A New book reveals the role of the Zionist entity in the so-called “Arab Spring revolutions”
Those who support the first view consider that the Israeli entity sought to exploit the events of the so-called “Arab Spring” for its own benefit , while the second point of view believes that the occupation entity has played an influential role in what happened since 2011 and manipulated the process of subsequent events.
In this regard, Researcher Dr. Muhammad Al-Hourani, who is a supporter of the second view , wrote a book six years ago entitled “The Role of Israel and its Allies in the Arab Spring Revolutions” .
The writer indicated in the book that America and the occupation entity worked out the foundations of an agenda targeting the Arab region after careful orientalist studies on its history in order to establish mini-states based on the Ethnic foundations. For this purpose they established institutions and forums to achieve this goal over decades.
“The Role of Israel and its Allies in the Arab Spring Revolutions” book was the title of a symposium held by the Arab Cultural Center in Kafr Sousa, in cooperation with the Idlib branch of the Arab Writers Union, with the participation of a number of researchers and writers.
Dr. Al-Hourani explained that this book is part of a series of books whose essence was the war on Syria which was an American, Turkish and Zionist scheme in which some Arab regimes and personalities participated with the aim of striking the resistance project and launching a comprehensive process of normalization with the occupation entity and calling for coexistence with it.
Head of the Cultural Center in Kafr Sousa Laila Saab views that the book exposes the scenes of the war on Syria, the lie of the revolutions, and the role of the Zionist Bernard Levy in them.
She added the book also revealed a proactive reading and expectations of events made by our enemies to become a political reality and how they exploit individuals from the heart of our societies to sabotage their homeland and try to divide it.
She indicated that the book also concentrates on unveiling our enemies’ attempts to introduce opposition figures as if they are the only ones who represent Syrians, stressing the need for young generation to read this publication to enhance their awareness of these dangerous events.
In turn, the translator and critic Hamed Al-Abed believed that the author followed a rigorous scientific approach in order to complete his book, starting with testimonies, statements, and documents, reaching to references and evidence which document the involvement of the Zionist entity in what happened.
He considered that the book contributes to preserving the identity and unity of our society and that reading it constitutes an important state of national enlightenment which is capable of revealing many secrets.
According to the poet Muhammad Khaled al-Khidr, Head of the Idlib branch of the Writers Union, the research presented by al-Hourani in his book points to crucial questions about the weakness of the role of Arab intellectuals in facing the conspiracy against their homelands , calling those in charge of enlightenment thought to be as their predecessors, the first line of defense for the principles of the nation.
