Daraa, ST- The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) branch in Daraa introduced today a new batch of humanitarian assistance to the most needy people in seven towns in the governorate countryside.
The head of the Red Crescent branch, Dr. Ahmad Al-Masalmeh, told SANA today that a convoy of 14 trucks of food aid, bags of flour and a quantity of food supplements , arrived in 7 towns in Daraa.
The convoy will be distributed as follows: 2000 shares toNaseeb, 600 to Malihat al-Atash, 1200 to Alma, 2850 for the people of the town of Hirak, 800 to Al-Soura, 1250 to Nahta and 800 to Umm al-Maythen. Al-Masalmeh indicated that the number of families benefiting from the aid is 9500.
On the eighteenth of this month, the Syrian Arab Red Crescent branch entered an aid convoy of 10 trucks carrying 6050 food baskets and the same amount of flour to the towns of Etman and Khirbet Ghazaleh.
