A memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Tourism and the Pilgrimage Organization in Iran

Damascus (ST): The Ministry of Tourism and the Pilgrimage Organization in the Islamic Republic of Iran signed a memorandum of understanding in the field of religious tourism.

The memorandum, signed by the Minister of Tourism, Eng. Mohammad Rami Martini, and the head of the Iranian Pilgrimage Organization, Abbas Husseini, aims to strengthen cooperation relations between the two countries in the field of tourism, and to provide the necessary facilities for that.

The memorandum included means of cooperation between the two sides to facilitate the recruitment of visitors to the two countries, in addition to stimulating licensed tourism offices in both countries, and setting up tourism programs to visit cultural and historical places.
