A mass march led by Cuba’s president in Havana in solidarity with Palestinian people

Thousands of Cubans came out today, led by President Miguel Diaz Canel , in a massive march to show solidarity with Palestine, condemning the crimes of the Israeli occupation against its people.

Participants in the mass march that toured the Corniche passed in front of the US embassy carrying banners of solidarity with the Palestinian people and chanting slogans calling for an end to the genocidal war to which the people of the Gaza Strip are being subjected.

Syrian students studying in Cuba participated in the march, expressing their support and solidarity with their Palestinian brothers, condemning the crimes committed by the Zionist entity against the Palestinian people.

“The number of participants in the rally amounted to more than 100 thousand people,” the Cuban authorities said.

“Today we are accompanying the March of the Palestinian and Cuban youth in Havana, and our hearts and actions will always be with Palestine, so that the genocide committed by Israel with the open support of the United States will end once and for all,” the Cuban president tweeted.
