A fire erupts in a camp for displaced Syrians in Lebanon

Beirut (ST):  A fire broke out in a camp for displaced Syrians on the Masna’a border road between Lebanon and Syria.

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that the fire led to the injury of a person who fainted, noting that the Lebanese civil defense personnel worked to extinguish the fire, the causes of which were not yet known.

On the 27th of last December, a number of Lebanese people set fire to a camp for  displaced Syrians that contained about 100 tents in the town of Minya, Akkar district, north Lebanon, which led to the displacement of hundreds of displaced people from their tents.
