A diplomatic charity bazaar opened in Tehran in support of women and children of Gaza

In support of the women and children of the Gaza Strip, which has been subjected to continuous brutal Israeli aggression since the 7th of last October, the  Association of Women Diplomats at the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with the Association of Foreign Diplomats’ Wives, held on Wednesday a charity market at the Diplomatic Club of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the participation of the Embassy of the Syrian Arab Republic. The charity market, which was opened by the wife of the Iranian Foreign Minister and in which the wives of the ambassadors accredited to Tehran participate, including the wife of the Syrian ambassador, aims to support the women and children of Gaza who are facing with all courage and steadfastness the Zionist aggression that has been ongoing for about a month.

The national products of each country, including popular foods and handicrafts, were displayed and sold in the market, as the proceeds return back  to support the women and children of Gaza.

The Syrian embassy displayed at its pavilion various types of local handicraft products that reflect the ancient Syrian civilization and authentic folk heritage, which received a very wide turning out by the market’s visitors.

The Iranian Foreign Minister’s wife visited the Syrian pavilion and listened to an explanation of the pavilion’s various exhibits, which she admired.

Representatives of Iraq, Palestine, Cuba, Vietnam, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Pakistan, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Sri Lanka and Ivory Coast participated in the market.
