A Czech writer warns of the danger of Erdogan’s expansionist plans

Prague, (ST) – The Czech writer Martin Urban warned of the danger of the Turkish regime’s plans regarding the illusion of reviving the defunct Ottoman Empire.

“Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s dream of reviving the Ottoman Empire appears through the strong expansion and interference in the internal affairs of other countries, as is happening in Syria, Libya, Iraq, Greece and Cyprus,” Orban said in an article published on the Cesky Narodni Listy website.

The Czech writer expects Erdogan to continue his aggressive policies in the Middle East, North Africa, the Balkans and the Caucasus, and in Central Asia.
