A cooperation agreement between the Syrian and Iraqi Paralympic Committees

On March 13th, the Syrian Paralympic Committee and its Iraqi counterpart signed a joint cooperation agreement to develop the reality of sports for people with special needs, at the headquarters of the General Sports Federation in Damascus. 

The President of the Syrian Paralympic Committee Abdel Nasser Karko and the President of the Iraqi Paralympic Committee, Dr. Aqil Hamid, signed the joint cooperation agreement which included several items in which the interests of the two committees were taken into account to serve the sport of people with special needs in all its details, including camps, equipment and tournaments. 

 

The signing of the agreement was attended by the Financial Secretary of the Iraqi Paralympic Committee Obaid Zaal Al-Fartousi, member of the Executive Office of the Committee and the official of goalball Saad Abdul Majeed, in addition to the President of the Special Sports Federation Muhammad Khaled Al-Mohammed and members of the federation.
